How to open a capsule

① Hold the main part of the capsule lightly with the knob facing up. While holding the knob with your hand, twist it 2-3 times to twist it off. If it does not come off, do not pull it forcibly, but twist the knob further. Gently push the oil into the palm of your hand before using. *Please be careful not to push the capsule too hard as the oil inside may splash out.
